PhD Student

I am investigating novel chemistries for application in multifunctional materials under the supervision of Prof. Ian Bond (ACCIS) and Prof. Duncan Wass (School of Chemistry).

I am currently working on optimising a self-healing polymer system, primarily utilising differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and tapered double cantilever beam (TDCB) test specimens.

As a member of the ACCIS DTC programme, I completed a 12 month taught course in composite materials before beginning my PhD. Prior to this I studied Chemistry at the University of Bristol, obtaining my MSci degree in 2011.

Supervisors: Ian Bond, Duncan Wass
